One of the key facets of the Work for Life program is business mentorship. In addition to the U.S. business people who will provide long-distance mentoring, there will be local African business people who will assist Work for Life entrepreneurs. James Mwomgera founded and manages a successful tourism business in Kenya. He will be a local mentor to some Kenyan entrepreneurs.
