After the training session on Monday night, the team took off for the airport to catch a late night flight to Rwanda. The team spent the day on Tuesday meeting with folks from IJM (International Justice Mission) who fighting for girls who have been abused. Incredible group of people working at IJM doing incredible work. After the meeting with IJM, the team spent time learning about a fish farm that is being built to provide more food to Rwandans. The last stop of the day was the Genocide Memorial. It was a sobering and moving experience.
